Wagashi are traditional Japanese sweet delicacies commonly enjoyed with green tea. Nerikiri, a form of Wagashi, is one of the famous traditional Japanese treats. It is an artistic Japanese confectionery which is moulded into various natural shapes according to the season.
This family workshop is a great opportunity to do creative things together with your kids. 2 types of Nerikiri are taught in this workshop by Minako from Budokan Tasmania Sakura Dojo. Matcha green tea (or barley tea) will be offered after each lesson to enjoy with the Nerikiri.
The ticket fee $80 is for 1 parent + 1 child. If you wish to book more than 1 child, the additional fee is $25 per child.
All Nerikiri are egg-free, gluten-free and vegan friendly.
Ingredients : Adzuki beans, Lima beans, sugar, glutinous rice flower (it's gluten-free despite its name), pumpkin seed
